Crossfit: A fitness program well suited to EMS Professionals

Kris Kaull of EMS1.com describes the challenge and benefits of the Crossfit training program. Crossfit combines strength, endurance, aerobic, and flexibility exercises into a functional fitness routine. Kris shares this explanation just after I had my first Crossfit experience with Kris at the 2009 National Association of EMS Educators conference in Orlando. I was sore for days but I enjoyed the mix of activities and the high intensity during the workout.
